Automatic in-app upgrade system.

This plugin provides the mechanism for automatically updating archive-based installation of Pydio. Linux packages installation (RPM / DEB) are not covered by this system.

Plugin will request Pydio's official update sites to detect new version of server code and eventually download the upgrade package and apply changes.
