    Hi dear support team

    I have a problem with folowing error message after i open a link, which i want to send to someone.

    file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/share/pear/Mail/mimeDecode.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/

    This is the link of the testfile i tried to check:

    I checked some of the topics with open_basedir in this forum allready, but all this possible solutions didn’t work, and now i don’t know how to continue :(

    I can login and do all the other stuff, but only open this public link not (it’s a pwd saved link, password is test1234)

    Can someone help me please?
