Ok this time this is official, AjaXplorer v5 is really getting closer! AjaXplorer v4.3.4 is a massive bugfix release and the 4th Release Candidate for AjaXplorer 5. It's time to deploy, test, get back to us! From now on, we will only fix blocking bugs, but also it's time for you to contribute by providing updated translations! Please fork, update language files from the various plugins i18n folders and return us Pull Request for merging.

Glad to announce the release of AjaXplorer 4.3.3, a final Release Candidate for AjaXplorer 5. "Final" means that although it's still in the dev channel, it's already considered very stable, thus every motivated user should definitely deploy it somewhere and play with it!! We need bug reports to be able to go to v5! Translations are needed as well, use GitHub Pull Requests to provide updated language files. Major changes : Startup Installer : deploy on a database, define admin user credentials, etc. SQLite3 support Lots of bug fixes since 4.3.2, to make it a serious release candidate for AjaXplorer 5 New theme customizations options Workspaces now take and display a description Test parameters (SQL connexion, email sender, etc) before saving them. A new iOS client update is now available on the AppStore : Major changes : iOS6 regressions fixed : Welcome back, AjaXplorer legacy users (v3.2.4)! Use the "Legacy Server" switch in the server configuration window to connect ajaxplorer servers <4.X . Many NAS provide these old versions. Full screen is back again, stability on the new split view improved Toolbar reorganization : creation actions (create folder, take picture, pick from camera roll) are grouped in a common "+" button, contextual actions appear in the toolbar not only by long-press Bookmarks: AjaXplorer bookmarks are now available in the application Search: Search engine is now available. Administrators, this require a server-side indexation engine to be active on the repositories (namely index.lucene, the only one available currently)!

Thanks to the team growing, we've been able to release at last a new version of the Android client for AjaXplorer, fixing bugs that were longly reported. This release is available on Google Play Store. Major changes : Implement missing features : pagination, copy, force login even if guest login is enabled. Fix password not urlencoded (problems with +, ?, #, etc...) POST without index.php is failing on some servers (always add index.php) Share zip files. Added a confirmation before deleting files. Downloads : abort / clear / open directly downloaded files.Update will be automatic on the installed devices. Update will be automatic for installed devices.

The iOS client update is now available on the AppStore : Major changes : iPad "SplitView" : reworked the iPad version to display the files list and the previewer in a splitview, much nicer now! iOS6 "emergency" fixes : the previewer was globally broken. Working again, only the full screen is missing, but should come back soon. The "Open In..." button provided by the previewer is back to the standard button (iOS6 implements natively most of what we had previously added).
